You can return product you are not satisfied within 15 days of delivery of product. Please read Categorywise Return Policy- Return for Food Products, Saffron- For hygenic conditions Saffron & other food items cannot be returned. Return of Costume Jewellery Items- Return Accepted only for Manufacturing Defect. The product must not be used. The product you are returning should reach us within 45 days of the placing of order. The amount will be credited to your Paypal account or Credit Card from where you had made the payment once we receive the product and it is within the above mentioned conditions.

Shipping- We normally ship via Registered Post/Parcel or EMS. (Specified in listing) We can ship via FedEx. You will need to contact us for charges. Orders are normally shipped within 5-7days.

Most products qualify for Free Shipping. If any Shipping Charges are applicable they will be specified along with Product.

Currently we use PayPal for payment processing. For Bulk orders TT, Wire Transfer can be used.

We fully understand the rights of your privacy. We never store or ask about Financial, Bank Account, Credit Card information. We store the information you communicate, or when you place an order with us. We use this information for such purposes as responding to your requests and communicating with you via email, phone, or by mail or by offering you special promotions.
